Is this just another AI caption generator?

No. A generator writes a post when you ask. MarketMind decides what should be posted at all: it plans the campaign, picks the angles, writes and designs every piece, schedules it at your best hours, publishes it, measures what happened and changes the next round. That whole loop is the job an employee does.

Will the posts sound like my brand or like a robot?

It writes from a brand brief you fill in once: your voice, your products with real prices, your proof, your words to avoid and the offers it is allowed to mention. You can read the exact briefing it uses on the brand voice screen, and edit any of it.

Can it invent an offer or a claim I never made?

It is designed not to. Offers live in their own list with dates, and the brief tells it that nothing outside that list may be promised. You also keep a list of words it must never use, and those are stripped before a post is saved.

Do I have to approve every post?

That is your choice, per brand. Level 1 sends everything to you first. Level 2 publishes approved plans automatically. Level 3 is autopilot: it plans, creates, schedules and publishes without asking. Most people start at Level 1 and move up once they trust it.

Which channels can it publish to by itself?

Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, LinkedIn pages and X publish through their official APIs once you connect an account. TikTok and YouTube are prepared here (script, caption, thumbnail) and posted by you, because their APIs do not allow it. Email, SMS and WhatsApp send from the campaigns screen.

Do you need my social media password?

Never. Channels connect through each platform official OAuth flow, and MarketMind only ever holds a token you can revoke from the platform itself.

How does it know when to post?

It starts with sensible defaults per channel, then replaces them with your own numbers: it reads which weekday and hour actually earned engagement for your brand, and retimes the calendar to match.

What about email and SMS rules?

Consent is stored per channel, per contact, and checked on every single send. Someone who never opted in to SMS will not get an SMS, even if they are in the segment. Marketing on WhatsApp additionally needs an approved template and an opt-in.

How is it priced?

By AI credits. Plans include credits every month and each generation costs one to a few credits depending on the model. Publishing, scheduling and analytics do not cost credits. Top up with bKash, Nagad or bank transfer whenever you need more.

Does it work in Bangla?

Yes. A brand can write in English, in Bangla, in Banglish (Bangla in Bengali script with the English words people actually use), or bilingual, where each post is written twice. The website itself switches with EN and বাংলা in the header.

Do I need a developer?

No. Everything works from the dashboard. If you have a developer, the REST API lets you push customers and orders from your store so segments and win-back campaigns stay current automatically.
